This has probably been covered before, but where did you purchase the 2" rolls of Eternabond. That beats the heck out of cutting. Nice job. I plan the same job once my rig "thaws out" in Spring.

Rebelsbeach,

Are you going to do the eternabond thing on your new Vectra? I have some concerns about it being visible from the ground on the side of my Meridian.

Please send me an e-mail at: [email protected]
with pertinent information. Maybe we can meet some time and chew the fat. I live in Clifton Forge, west of Lexington.

I also looked at the pics, and was impressed with the quality of the work done. Was wondering if anybody used it to seal their roof accessories, instead of the self leveling productts typically used. Anybody see any downside to sealing EVERYTHING on the roof with eternabond? Thinking of buying 2 rolls of the 50' product, and should have plenty to do all seams and accessories. Any thoughts on the matter?

What would you guys with full body paint do with the etherbond? I like the idea of sealing the joint with this product BUT I wouldn't want a white stripe. If you tried to paint it would you do it with a brush? Does anyone know if you can purchase touchup paint in a spray can? I don't think Winnebago sells it.

Jim Bob,
I looked at the link to RV Outpost and the gutter spouts there don't look like the ones in the photos. Are those the one's you used? They only have the one type shown.

Very nice job!! Thanks for posting the info.

Hi Seabee

The ones I bought I got at Lazy Days in Tampa from their parts department. I don't remember the part manufacture but a bunch of our club members got them when we were there for a New Years Rally. They may have a toll free number on their web site for parts. Hpoe that helps.

Since Camping World is right on the property at Lazy Days,I'm wondering if these are different?
I'll post the link and then compare them to what Julie sells at the Outpost...frim just a glance, they look very similar.

Rain gutters from Camping World

ON EDIT
These look more rounded and more like the ones JimBob used....

JimBob,the ones from the Wholesalers warehouse look very similar to your pictures....They might be from the same "connection" that Lazy Days gets them from and "eliminate" the need to pay Lazy Days as the middle man.

Hi Jim Bob
Do the ones in this link look like the ones you installed?

http://www.americanrvsupplies.com/pr...534462249.html

They are the only ones I could find that looked close.

Ordered the eternabond today - thanks again for all the info.

Hi Seabee,
I just posted a picture of it. It has a shaft that slides into the hole in the end of the gutter. I do remember there are "right" and "left" hand, because of the shaft. Hope the picture helps. and as Bob said, if you can, cut out paying the middle man. Jim Bob
