Entry door gas shock prop

I have 2017 Sunstar Lx 35F and I need to replace the entry door gas shock prop that is 15” extended. The issue that I have is not knowing how many pounds pressure the prop should be. Does anybody can tell me the pounds, I will appreciate it. Thanks.

It should be on the old shock at least it was for the cargo doors. Hope this helps.

Doors are generally 10 lbs, in my experience. Do you have the make and model number off the old one? I would be interested in that info.

This is the strut I bought for my 32YE Vista. It's about 1/2" longer than stock (15.25"), so the door opens a couple more inches. It's a 15lb strut.
