There is a solenoid operated contactor behind the circuit breaker panel under the front passenger seat that connects the coach and chassis batteries together when you operate the battery boost switch. You might try to operate the battery boost switch and see if you hear the "clunk" of the solenoid under the passenger seat, and with the switch held down you could see if the voltages on the chassis and coach 12 volts match. That would indicate that the solenoid's still good.
Unfortunately Winnebago did not post the 12 volt wiring diagram for your unit
here so there's no way to take it any farther to see what can operate the solenoid other than the switch. I did not see any Battery Isolation Module on the factory installation drawings near the batteries or near the solenoid. On the Vista 27N there is also a Battery Isolation Manager that compares the chassis and coach voltages and also controls the solenoid to tie the batteries together, and it is right at the solenoid.
You might review your operator's manual to see if it claims that your coach batteries are supposed to recharge from the chassis when the engine's running. From the drawings I can see for the 2010 View this was not a factory feature, but someone could have added it later.
