emergency egress window deploys during travel

Well, I've never heard nor read of anything like this... Micro Minnie 2108DS; last week traveling southbound about 20mph on somewhat rough, washboarded, gravel road with 90 degree 25mph crosswind from West. Suddenly my eye catches the egress window flopping out about 60 degree angle and blowing in the wind (thank goodness the hinge at top was not ripped off)! ANYONE EVER HEARD OF THIS HAPPENING?? crosswind was against door (west) side of trailer, so egress window (down-wind side) MAY have been sucked out?? was able to press window back into cutout in trailer wall, and secure with red hinged handles, AND tied it with rope so it cold not come loose again. trailer is within 2 year warranty, so considering asking dealer to replace entire window assembly (noted also frame screws on R side, inside of frame are ALL missing).

That’s the first I’ve heard of that! The dealer should be able to fix either the latch or replace the window. Good luck to you!
