Electric shades

Has anyone ever adjusted the travel on them? The one on the passenger over side stops almost 2" from full retraction. Doesn't block vision but it's irritating that it's not retracted.

Hi Chris, armed with this info. I ran outside to fix it but the appear that this is a different shade altogether. Here are pix of the hub ands and its droop.

Are these illusive buttons behind those caps maybe?

Here's a picture of the buttons on mine:

Is there a white cap over your buttons perhaps? Otherwise the shade sure looks the same to me.

I guess if were me I'd take the shade down and inspect it--maybe it was installed 'upside down'.

OnEdit: Does the driver's side have the yellow/black buttons?

What brand of electric shade did Winnebago use in your coach?

How it adjust set the travel limits of MCD shades can be found in their website:
MCD Innovations

Don't think so but I'll look. Dismounting it requires clipping the power and installing connectors, or dismantling the media shelf and I'm not up for that. Standby...

I would expect that there's enough slack in the wires to drop it down a few inches at least after removing the four screws in the mounting brackets. That would be enough to be able inspect it closely.
