Hello everyone,
Its been a while since I've posted. We own a
1996 Minnie Winnie 31ft DL. In order to keep
the dome light off and the side door lights off I have to keep pulling the fuse that affects
both the radio illumination and the dome and
door lights. Here is what happens after we are
parked and the engine is turned off and the key
is out of the ignition lights first go out like they are supposed to. Then after about 15 or 20
minutes sometimes longer the overhead dome light and the side door lights come on. I've checked the light switch and it appears okay.
the only thing I can think of is either a relay
shorting or there is some other circuit problem.
Aany ideas to lead me in the right direction.

Since I've gotten no replies on this and assuming that there are no other Minnie owners with this problem. the only soulution is to
pull the fuse each time we park, my guess is this is going to be a pretty hard fix.

This is just a guess, but maybe a ground wire someplace that makes good contact when hot (expanded) and then loses contact when cold, (contracted) what happens to the light when you put the fuse back in to start up when everything is still cold?

When the fuse is put back in everything works fime until we park again. after about 2 hours
with everything off the dome light door lights
turn on again and the only way to turn them off is pull the fuse.

I had a problem with my light. I have a driver door and the door switch was bad.

I'd bet it's your door switch too. I had a '98 F-150 and it went bad, they fixed it under warranty and it went bad again after the warranty ran out, less than a year later. I had to take the bulb out of the cab light and also the one outside for the bed. Sometimes the temperature affects it too. I think warm was worse.
