Don't RV enough

First RV trip of the year and I am at Curry Hammock State Park, Marathon Key. So far I've had 3 RV issues and all 3 were fixed with silicone spray. That tells me that things have been sitting too long. Problem #1: Stairs wouldn't retract. Fix Silicon Spray. Problem #2: Leveling jacks won't fully retract. Fix Silicon Spray. Problem #3: Ratchets for dolly tow tie down straps bind. Fix, you got it, Silicon Spray. I just need to RV more and keep things loose.
