Dinette into crib...

I have a 2010 Winne Chalet 24VR. It has a pretty standard dinette the one where the table folds down and cushions go over it to make into a bed. Here is my challenge. We are trying to make this into a baby proof crib area. Would love some suggestions as to the best ways to do this. It would be awesome if there were something that could be put or built to make an area that would block off where you enter the Dinette. Thoughts and suggestions are welcomed!

Thanks,

I rigged my bunk beds to keep my kids from rolling out. Maybe if you post a pic of the area I could suggest something.

BTW here is what I did. I got two steel handles from the hardware store, put them on each side in the bed. Then I got a long 1x2.5" board and slide it into one side of the handle. Then into the other if that makes sense. I'll post a pic this afternoon and see if it sparks any ideas for you.

Are you talking about with the table down and converted into a bed?

We purchased a small foldable playpen and it fits perfectly in space between the benches. We did a lot of searching and the playpen came from Walmart. Fits nice and snug and then folds away when we don't need it anymore.

We used a Pack n Play for my grandson. Just fold the table down, leave the cushions off and place the PnP on the table. If you could get it to fit between the dinette seats it would make is easier. But that would depend on if you can remove the table or if it is attached to the wall.
