Corian cracked

Has anybody had the counter crack, guess driving in sub zero temps did me in.

Wonder if extended warrenty will cover it, I am just two months out of warrenty.

Might not even be the temps. A MH is a rolling earthquake and things do break from the vibration alone, although low temps would place an add'l load on them. But, unless you let the inside temps get that low the temps shouldn't have been the cause.

In a former life I used to fabricate and install Corian counters. While it rarely happens in stick-built homes, Corian or other synthetics can crack but it's usually caused by improper installation. I have noticed also that some synthetic countertops in RVs are not as thick as what I used to fabricate.

When installed in an RV, it should be affixed to the cabinets with a very flexible silicon-type caulk that is not compressed too much so that normal road vibrations are dampened. So, it's very possible that the RV mfgr. didn't install your counter properly and it cracked because of vibration, especially during colder temps. I would not recommend trying to repair the crack as I believe it will re-open in time. Hopefully, you can obtain a replacement from the mfgr. without too much hassle.

We've been in cold temps, 22deg, not sub zero, ours is still intact.

One issue we have is 2 burn areas on the vertical surface adjacent to the 2 rear burners. Our range top is an Atwood CA35BP High output. We think the pans may have been touching or very close to the edge.
