Convertible dinette legs and surface mount base

Recently noticed dinette legs becoming increasingly unstable. On inspection the inner collar of the bases on the floor appears to have broken away from the rest of the base - appearing to account for the instability. Would the following replacement product fit the existing legs correctly? 2108DS Micro Minnie
Amazon: “AP Products 0131119B Round Surface Mount Pedestal Base”
Thanks!
