Can you imagine Ford or Chevy or Nissan telling you to go to the radio maker while the car is one month old, or you even thinking of or doing the same?

Well, yes. But you do what you have to do. And whatever is most expedient. You could go to the dealer, who contacts WBGO, and WBGO tells the dealer to contact Riverpark and nothing happens. Nothing gets fixed and your RV is stuck at the dealer for 45 days without anything being fixed.
And... by the way the auto companies make their own radio and put their name on it. In fact, 60% of your RV is made by some other company with their own warranty and support staff. That's why you take a Winnebago Gas Class A for all Ford chassis work and support to FORD.
You can't compare RVs to autos. Not in how they are made, serviced, purchased or designed. It's not the same thing.
