Cabinet stain

I am guessing I am not the first to have this issue. I have a scratch in one od my cabinet doors. The doors are wood, the stain is Winnebago E67 Forest Cherry. I contacted Winnebago Customer Care to verify this which they did and directed me to contact a local Winnebago dealer and they could order the stain from Winnebago. I did that and the dealer contacted Winnebago and was told Winnebago doesn't sell their stain.
So my question is what have others done to repair scratches. I've tried Sherwin-Williams as I read that they could color match but they told me they don't do that for stain, just solid colors.

The worst part is we didn't put the scratch in the panel. We found it after we had some work done on the RV.

Thanks
Mike

Try the parts folks at Lichtsinn RV. They might be of some help.

“Bats Tape” is commonly used in the manufacture of motor coaches. Case in point...an installer drives a screw unto the wrong area installing a door. What do they do? They don’t tear out the entire cabinet, they use Bats tape to cover up their mistake.

What is bats tape? It’s literally a tape, that is an exact match for the coaches cabinetry, or wall treatment.

I have ordered two rolls from Winnebagoparts.com. One for the cabinets, and one for the walls. It helps mask defects, dings, and mistakes I’ve made drilling into the walls, etc.
It is a panacea...

Same problem here, but with the gray color, I’m super frustrated. There has to be something better than those stupid pens for touch ups.
