Body clear protective film

Had to have some very minor body repairs (dont ask) on the front and they took off the clear vinyl film from about the last 1.5 feet of the front face. The body shop I used did a great paint job but they don't apply the film. Anyone know what the name of this product is so I can find a shop that can replace the missing section? Thanks

3M, makes a product , referred to as a Mask by some owners, don't know if that is the actual product name though.
A shop in Quartzite was advertising installation back in Jan. when I was there. Don't know if the shop was just open during the big tent show.

Generic name is clear bra, but there are several brands.

The important thing is to wait a month for the paint to cure before applying the new one.

The reason your shop doesn't do it is probably because they are paint people, which is good.
But either way, wait to apply the new clear bra.

Thanks again for all the info. I did send an e-mail to 3T in Havasu they are onle about 45 min from GV. The body shop did advise me to wait 4-6 weeks for the paint to fully cure. There is one vendor in Kingman who quoted min of $500. Seemed like alot for about 2 square feet of material on a pretty square area with minimal cuts. We're travelling now anyway and won't be home for awhile so paint will be ready when we get home. Thanks again all.
