Awning problem '11 View

My awning won’t open.
Nothing happened when l pushed the switch, no motor noise either. Is a fuse ? Would the awning open with the house batteries? Any ideas?

Is the coach level, or close to level? Obvious culprit could be fuse....

Some electric awnings won't open if the engine is running. Were you idling the engine?

Yes the engine was running.
