ATF Dipstick Location

I was checking fluids on my Winnebago Intent which is built on the 2019 Ford F-53 motorhome chassis. I am not able to re-insert the Automatic Transmission Fluid dipstick. It is very long and I can't see where the tube begins. I am attaching a photo and I think it came out of the hole indicated with a white arrow. Is there another tube inside or is that not the correct hole? Is it safe to drive with the 7-foot long dipstick laying on the floor of my motorhome?

No, those holes are just part of the flexible"shield" on things and somewhere back behind is the actual tube. I would have expected it to be sticking out but you need to probe around back there and find it as a long round tube going way back down and into the transmission.
Not terribly dangerous to leave it in the floor but than you do need to find the tube at some point!

I saw that. You are correct. It is the big hole with the blue question mark in your photo.

I feel like a dipstick. Problem solved.

If I go a full day without making some kind of mistake I figure I didn't do much!
The whole point is to get the problem solved, not to keep score!
Enjoy the rest!
