Airing tires help
While checking the air on the tires, noticed the front driver side was low according to the inside inflation decal. The 2016 Journey 38P with Michelin XZA3+ 275/80r22.5 should be at 120 psi.
Aired up the front driver tire and outer dooly tire fine but when I try airing the inside dooly, my airing nozzle at the end of my house don't work. Tried all three different inflator nozzles I have, all of them will just leak air everywhere.
The rim airing tube is attached to a small black box on the rim. Don't know if the diameter is different or what it is, I cannot get air in these inner dooly's on either side tire.
Does anyone know why, is there a special air nozzle I need to get from Freightliner?

unlikely but it can happen. take the RV to a qualified truck tire place and have them look at it.

If they say your valve stems need replacement, have them replace the inside ones with rigid, "extended valve stems", not "valve extensions". Borg makes a good product:

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
If the valves don't need replacement, you can get extensions that fit onto the existing stems. This isn't the best long term solution but if you're facing a tire replacement in a couple of years, it will help. Your problem could just be that you're not making a good connection.

I had a similar problem when we first bought our mh. Couldn’t get the right angle so bought a different chuck that was more inline and now no issue.

1st - 120 psi sounds very high for Class A Motor home tires. My Class A suggests 85 - 95 psi, depending on load. Make sure you are working off the recommended PSI chart from your actual load - do not use the Max Cold Inflation pressure on the tire sidewall - that is NOT the pressure you should be running at. It is instead exactly what it says - the MAX allowable cold psi.
As for getting air into your rear inside duallies - you need to have inner tire valve extensions installed so you can read and adjust pressures on this inside tires - VERY important. You do not, must not, and should not have any less air in your inner duallies than your outer - they should both be set to exactly the same psi- check in the early AM when tires are cool and NO sunlight is on them to heat them up.
I believe that running with correct tire pressures is the safest thing you can do for yourself - as well as for others drivers out there on the road. Because you do not want to have blowout while driving! Best way to help prevent that is to make sure your tire pressures are correct - at all times. Best device for that is to install a TPMS so you know at all times what your tire pressures and temps are. I also suggest carrying an air compressor with so you can be sure to have your tire psi adjusted correctly.

Problem solved!
I wish I knew how to post a photo on my computer on here, but one valve stem had been rubbing up against the wheel and created a worn out spot where all the air would exit though there and not into the tire when I was inflating the tire.
And the other valve stem, had a defective dent inner thingy, don't know what to call the inside of a valve stem...
Any way, replaced both and problem solved!
Thanks for all your comments, thoughts and recommendations!
And if you can teach me how to insert a photo from my computer "Photo Folder" and not an URL, let me know.

I replaced my tires and had this problem on one inside tire. Three trips back to the truck stop found the problem was a torn O ring in the factory extender. it is about 5 inches long and pokes through the rubber stabilizer in the outer rim. Removed the extender and problem solved. Now I just reach through the outer rim and hit the inner inflation stem. It now has a flow through cap on it.

To include a picture from your computer into your post here; first click reply>click go advanced> click manage attachments a popup box appears with 5 buttons to begin selecting your picture>go to the appropriate photo folder>click picture and its title will appear in the bottom line of that box. Now click upload, when it happens close popup box and cliick reply button.
Hope that makes sense.
