8.1L engine water pump

Hello, I have a 2004 Itasca Sunova 27C P32 Workhorse chassis 8.1 Vortec engine. Ken Caudill put together an excellent video of removing the water pump from an 8.1L 2005 engine. His W chassis has a split shroud, which of course makes access room. The problem with my rv is the solid coolant shroud. Has anyone removed there water pump with the solid coolant shroud? Any info would be greatly appreciated. "Keep it between the lines".
