2004 Suncruiser, W22 P0120 and P2135 OBDII Codes

The problem is intermittent, but consistently errors after hitting a bump, leading me to believe it's a lose connection. I read somewhere that there is a ground coming from the TAC module. Any ideas where this attaches to the block? Is there a way to test the TAC module?
Thanks!!
