2004 Brave 36M wiper linkage replacement

I need both links but have not been able to find them
Was informed by locale dealer that no longer available from Winnebago
My part 117770-01-000 is completely broken
I would appreciate any and all HELP !!!

Had to have Lichtsinn RV special order thru vender
Not cheap. Was told item no longer available.
