2002 Adventurer Radiator Hoses

Hi Guys,

My 2002 Adventurer (35U) with a V10 & F53 chassis needs the radiator hoses changed and I am seeing lots of different part numbers and hose images. Does anybody have the correct part numbers or is more information needed from me?

Thanks for your help,

TigeDuner

I'd take my VIN to a Ford dealer. Your chassis could, or even likely, be earlier than 2002. I just read on a similar thread somewhere that it's better to go in with the VIN as opposed to calling them on the phone. This would especially be the case if there's a question as to which hose is which. It may not be necessary, but photos may help if there are details to sort out.

You'll also be better of with regard to a possible return if the Ford dealer specifies the part #.

Most of the part numbers I have found were for 1999-2003 chassis. Mine is a 2001 chassis, but was sold as a 2002 based on it's model year. The Motorcraft part numbers are KM-6628 and KM-4366 (smaller upper hose). There are also several other numbers that all lead back to these 2 hoses. Just looking for somebody that has replaced their hoses on the same coach as ours with the part numbers and any tips for the installation.

Hi Guys,
I did confirm that these are the correct part numbers for a 2001 Adventurer F53 chassis with the V10 by inputting my VIN on Ford Parts Giant website as well as Rock Auto. Now for the fun part of installing these hoses once they arrive.
