Question 2001 Minnie Winnie mh electrical issue

This 2001 Minnie Winnie is my first so I don’t know anything about the rv electric system. There is a Cummins generator. My problem is with shore power as well.

I have power to the lights inside the RV, the leveler, switchboard(water heater switch, generator on/off switch, and water/waste gas and power levels), and the switch that extends and retracts the wall but I do not have power to the air conditioning, electrical outlets, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc..

I have done vigorous research and haven’t came to any conclusions, please help lol

I don't know much but all the working stuff sounds like battery operated. So you don't have 120v anywhere. Is that with shore power plugged in? Can you start the generator? Is the power cord plugged in to either the gen plug or shore power? And the circuit breaker not tripped?

I ended up finding the inverter and pressed the breaker button on it and it worked but it overloaded the generator when I turned the tv on sadly but every thing works just fine now on shore power but I’ll have to fix the onboard generator. Thank you for your reply
