2000 Chieftain35u slide problem

I recently purchased this RV and the main slide was out of alignment.
My mechanic discovered that a Teflon bushing was missing from the top of the main rail on the HWH slideout.
Has anyone encountered this issue and if so how was it resolved?
Thanks
David

Order new bushings from Winnebago and install them
