Tow Bar Receiver Height??

I have a 2023 Adventurer 35F. I have finally switched to flat towing a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. When I was using a tow dolly, I had to use a drop on the receiver so the dolly would not drag.
My question is, do I need to lower the receiver on the motorhome so the tow bar will be closer to level?

When I had my tow package installed, I was told to keep it within 3 inches of level. I had to buy a drop hitch.

Three inches within of level is the correct spec.
