Simple 5th Wheel Hitch

Hi all, we are moving up to a fifth wheel and I am not understanding all of the differences between the hitches. We have a looked at a variety of campers from 14.5 to 18k. We are strongly considering the Winnie Voyager, but may go a little bigger.
My truck is a dually long bed, no issues with weight or needing a sliding hitch (I believe).
I am considering the B&W 18k Patriot hitch. Can anyone provide any insight or suggest a better product?

Lots of other hitch manufacturers out there. Reese is a very popular brand and the one I used many years ago. Check out etrailer.com.

Two rigs ago I had a 3500 Ram dually pulling a 35' cardinal about 18,000lb.
I installed the Curt hitch and was very pleased. I decided on the Curt for a couple reasons, one the ease of connection and two the hitch will come off as it used rails to stay on. This give you access to the use of the truck bed if needed.
I think its at least worth checking out.
