No Turn Signals or Brake Lights on Tow Hitch

I've recently purchased a slightly used 2016 Sunstar 27N and have started getting my toad ready to hook up to the MH. I discovered that I only have tail lights, but no brake or turn signal at the harness connector on the Sunstar. I verified this with both a DVM and a test light, with both the ignition on and off. I've also removed the harness that attaches to the adapter and verified that there is no power there as well. I also see no power on 12V pin too. Any suggestions as to where to start? It's under dealer warranty, but I'd hate to take it back there for something simple.

Well I would check the fuses for the trailer lighting. I think they are 7.5 or 10 AMP. There is one for each side. The power to the battery charge circuit is controlled by a relay. Remember the brake light circuit is the turn signal as well.
