I’m thinking of flat towing a 2-door Wrangler with our 2021 22M on the E-350 chassis. According to the info I’ve seen, the weight of most years is just shy of 4,000 lbs. I’d like to hear some thoughts on flat towing and also what equipment people like such as baseplate, tow bars, braking systems etc. There’s so many choices out there.

We've been flat towing (dinghy towing) for quite a few years and it is great. For the most part, we don't really notice the car is back there although it does make the RV more stable when big trucks pass us. It only takes a couple of minutes to hook up or to disconnect. When we first started RV'ing, we would rent a car at our destination but that was a big pain.
You will probably get many opinions on the different baseplates, tow bars, and braking systems. I suspect that all of them are very good and most have had some type of problems over the years. We have always used BlueOx products and have been happy with them.
Just don't try to back up with the toad connected. Also be sure to check all of the weight ratings of your 22M - it would be good to have it weighed when it is loaded as you would be using it.
