2002 Winnebago Class C Pulling Toad

We have a 1 year old to us 2002 Mini Winnie, 31 feet, V10 gas motor. I am wanting to get set up to pull our 2014 CRV that weighs 4400 LBS. The existing hitch on the Winnie is rated only 3500 LBS. Looking for opinions if I can just change the hitch to a 5000 LBS rated one and be fine? Main concern is because of the length of the MH the frame strength as there is allot of the MH behind the rear axle. I have a brake unit I will install with a brake away also. MH has just 34000 miles so I am mostly confidant that it can both pull and be able to stop while towing but have some concern about tweaking the frame over time. Thanks for any help I receive.
