Well, today we are at the point of loading clothes in the MH getting ready to find a window of opportunity to head south. I am planning on leaving northern michigan early Monday and making it to Dayton area for a wally world evening of fun then on to Nashville. After a couple of days we head to the keys for a week then work our way north the next 8 weeks ending up in St. Augustine prior to heading back home. Hope that is long enough to avoid any more shoveling.......38" is enough already.

Anyway, happy and healthy new years to you all, safe travels for those leaving and warm wishes for those staying.

jtharley;

Happy New Year. Have a safe trip. We have had about 50" snow so I understand how you feel. We are running out of places to put it in our city. Street parking is pretty narrow in places.

I notice you don't have any Winnebago Karma. Would you like some? All you have to do is ask & it is free.

Don

I beat the bad weather by leaving in Nov. It's sunny and warm here in Las Vegas. A beautiful day!

We hope to join those that are already in the south within the next few days. We're leaving the cold climate of Central Oregon and heading to Mesa on the 7th and plan on staying until all the snow has gone and the warm weather returns sometime late April or early May.

We left Chistmas day, and have gotten as far as Branson, MO area. Mark Twain National Forest.

Went to Bass Pro Show in Springfield. That is something to see. Even live ducks in the pond.

Hope to be in AZ Quartsite area by the 10th or so.

Been riding atv here in MO.

We'll be linking on I-75 off US-23......Safe travels on the way. There is a nice walmart in Dayton but then again you are 3 hours ahead of me so you will probably make it further than that.

Jim, we usually make it into Tennessee the first night. We will wave as we pass through Dayton. Of course it all depends on the weather and driving conditions. Wishing you safe travels on the way also.

RET, we stay just north of you on US-27 in Haines City. Hope you have good weather and safe travels on the 10th.

Come on down, the weather in Marathon Fl. today was 80 degrees, a few clouds but a great day at the beach. We will be here till the end of the month. Hard to beat this.

We made the last trip to the pole barn today to pack up the clothes and double check all the supplies. Genny fired right up and had the coach at a toasty 70 degrees (after about 2 hours). We've got 6 days to get to Blue Water Key by next Sunday.

It looks like we have a weather window on Monday so bright and early we're GONE!

Yahooo, let the camping season begin.
