Attendance at Quartzite?

We have a trip planned from Michigan to Arizona. Our only reservation is in Arizona for the month of February. I'd like to leave early January and boondock in Quartzite but I'm wondering if Covid is causing more or less rv'rs to camp in that area. If your out there can you comment on the number of campers, more or less than last year. Thanks

I think you'll know when you get there. There is a good argument for both sides of that story. So, right now it's anybody's guess. It doesn't really get cooking there until January, does it?

I've never boondocked there just stayed at a campground one night on our return trip back to Michigan. I've been doing some reading about it, looks like someplace I would like to try for a week. I was hoping somebody was sitting out there now that could comment on the number of campers compared to last year. But as you mentioned it may be too early., thanks.

They are saying right now (as of 11/24) that the RV show is a go. This tends to be a big driver of crowds for Quartzite.
