2002 Winnebago Journey DL HWH Leveling & Slide-out issues

Looking for a little help regarding my 2002 Winnebago Journey DL's HWH hydraulic system used for jacks & slides.
Out of the blue my jacks and slide-outs quit operating (fortunately they were already retracted).
What I do know at this point:
-When I press the on button on my HWH Control panel, the lights randomly suggest that one or more of my jacks or down (they are not)
-Early in my trouble shooting process the "not in park" light was on but very dim
-When I turn the HWH leveling system on, and try to lower jacks, I hear a clicking noise from the HWH control box (model AP17403) under the steering wheel
-If slide-out switch is pressed, there is a clicking noise on the sylenoid on the pump system under the coach
-Chassis battery level indicates 12.3-13.0, but very random in levels
