Confused

Posted 06-16-2021 at 02:08 PM by SJones

I have no idea what I'm doing so any help is welcome. I posted here previously an issue with my hydraulic jacks but have not had any response to my issue. I'm wondering if I did not put it in the correct place for people to respond or maybe no one knows how to fix the problem.
Thanks

Hydraulic jacks

Posted 06-15-2021 at 02:37 PM by SJones

I have a 2015 Voyage that I can't get the jacks to come up. When the engine is started the all up light starts flashing red along with a beeping noise, that before the panel has been turned on. When I turn the panel on the noise stops but light keeps flashing, my jacks are down and will not come up. Any suggestions??

50 amp in only 30 amps showing and available, why?

Posted 06-14-2021 at 04:54 AM by Ding

I have 2006 Journey 36G, and I have 120 v on both legs of power to my 50 amp breaker, but there is only 30 amps showing on my control panel, and there is only 30 amps available. The power coming in is there on both L1 and L2 at the transfer switch, and I have tried 2 different power sources with same result. Any ideas?

Entrance door handle assembly

Posted 06-01-2021 at 04:37 AM by Ding

Need some help, I have 2006 Journey and the entrance door handle and lock assembly is on its last leg so to speak. Where is the best place to get a replacement? A lot of places have universals but that isn't going to work. What measurements do I need to get the correct one? TIA.

Dead chassis battery

Posted 05-10-2021 at 12:39 PM by RPS

I have a new 2021 Travato. Had it since Late 2020. Not yet used. Start engine 10-15 minutes every week! Plug in shore line once a month. Start generator 45 min - 1 hr once a month.
Yet, my chassis battery dead today. Thanks to the boost in the Travato I was able to start the van.
I had the same problem (dying chassis battery) in my previous Airstream 190b van.

Question: is this a common problem with Class B’s?
What is causing this? What options do I have...
