Winnabago Brave 1998 engine failure

I'm glad I found you. I have a Winnabago Brave 1998 32' and I have an engine disorder. When I turn the key to start it, the engine rotates very well but the indicator lights in the dashboard do not light up and there is no fire on the dispenser and the spark plugs. I was told that it could be a fuse disorder and that there would be a black box of 4" x 4" x 10" that would contain "great fuses" that they named "Max fuses". After much research, I never found the box in question. Does it really exist?
I checked the other fuses under the dashboard and they're all functional. By the way, I noticed a white 40 amp. round fuse which seems to remain depressed.
Has anyone ever had this problem? I'm running out of ideas.
Thank you.
