Power Issue

If you can help please do.!
I have a 2001 Minnie Winnie 31ft. I had a problem with one of my batteries going bad. I replace that battery and after getting power back to the RV I find that I have no 120V to my AC or ceiling lamps only all my outlets work fine. I checked all the circuit breakers in the panel and all fuses all are texting good. I have no power to my thermostat and no AC and no Ceiling light. This is on shore power or generator power. I can work all ceiling lights with just battery power.
