Simplify question--what powers the battery combiner solenoid when engine is running on a sprinter?

My 2011 ERA Battery Combiner Solenoid control wire "labeled LR in wiring diagrams" is dead!!! The 6amp circuit breaker is working properly and it does not have 12v and the wire to the solenoid does not not have a 12V when engine is running --unless I push the dash mounted Battery Boost switch.

Where does the 12v source to excite the combiner solenoid. I can hot wire it but there must be a relay or fuse some place I can't find. The collection of relays under the drivers seat --just might have a relay that does the job. I can't id the relays however,.
