2014 Sunova 33C Wall Slideout problems

My 2104 Itasca 33C wall slide out will go out about a foot, then stop. If I bring it back in a couple of inches then start out again it will go a little further. Rinse and repeat until it gets all the way open. I have taken it to 2 different dealers and have been told a "Column" and motor need to be replaced. The motor is no problem, but the column part is discontinued. They have told me that LCI has a retro fit, but the COMPLETE slide out mechanism must be replaced on BOTH sides. $2500 or so just for parts. Next problem, LCI doesn't have the parts at this time! Winnebago supposedly had the parts, but have not received them after several weeks. Any ideas? Also, does anyone know of an RV junkyard where used parts might be available. Thanks
