Help.., no power to coach

No power to the coach or control panel for generator, water levels etc.
Had to have the Winnebago Sightseer 34A jumped to get it started and drove home 50 some miles. Was told prior that the batteries would not hold charge, we’re old and needed changed. Ran it all the way home, kept it running in drive and put the slide outs out (3) and started the generator back on the control panel and all the lights came on through out the coach. Sometime while talking the generator kicked off on its own. So have all the lights and all power to the control panels. What one was lit up with tank volumes ( red lights) and generator showing the hours of operation is dead.
This all happened with the old batteries in and motor running.
When I shut motor off it would not start. Replaced the start battery and the two deep cycle coach batteries today. Cranks over great and starts right up.
Still no power to the coach or control panel. Checked breakers in the coach and none tripped. Same for the breakers in compartment outside behind the door. Found the 12 vet fuses on the drivers side firewall, opened the black plastic case to expose them but have not pulled and checked each one. There are other component plugged into that also…? There is one wire loose near this…., I think it’s green ( I’m colorblind), looks like it might have reached there at one time…, maybe not?
Found a nice mouse nest in the generator and removed that but did not see any chewed or otherwise damaged wires… Tried to start the generator from there too and nothing happened.
There is a switch to the left hand of driver on dash that I believe is another generator start and it seems I hear a click somewhere behind me over my right shoulder when I press it?
I have a “jack down” warning light lit and sounding on the dash without a jack down. Previous owner said it has been on and he thinks it’s a bad sensor. Drove it home with that light on and an occasional buzz….
Please anyone that is grinning from ear to ear as they read this and knows exactly what’s going on please let me know and as I learn I’ll pass it forward.
It’s a 2006
