My 2011 ERA Battery Combiner Solenoid control wire "labeled LR in wiring diagrams" is dead!!! The 6amp circuit breaker is working properly and it does not have 12v and the wire to the solenoid does not not have a 12V when engine is running

winter camping

Posted 10-14-2020 at 09:32 AM by Emile

AS a Canadian I'm sure happy I still have a house. Parked my RV for the season yesterday. Returning from Edmonton. Camped at Glowing Embers.
While there saw a good number of people buliding skirting, insulating slide out's. One-fifth wheeler. Had almost all his unit covered with silver backed commercial insulating. With the Canada / United States border closed. All of the southern BC. spots taken. People are simply hunkering down where ever they find a year-round camp ground. I think...

1974 Travel Trailer

I got the bond for my bonded title issued by State Farm. Now I will send it to the state with my title application.

Today I got the fittings I needed to hook up the propane tank and block off the line where the stove used to be. I decided I want the space where the stove and oven was. I might get a small microwave and put it somewhere in the camper.

I tested the heater after that. It is a Duo Therm model 65210-4, 6300 BTU heater. It is a very simple heater that...

leaky mini winnie

Posted 10-12-2020 at 09:15 AM by elynne

Hi just need to vent frustrations i guess, don't think there will be any help out there we can afford. We just recently bought used 1991 warrior winnebago from neighbor [mistake #1], didn't check it out, trusted their answer they had no leaks. Anyway first time out the water line busted to inside faucets and took a lot of searching to finally come up with replacements lines to fix it. Then after 2 leaks around ac unit during rain storms,we found out it had evidently been leaking a long time. Now...

Spare rim for a 22r Minnie Winnie

Posted 10-07-2020 at 07:35 PM by Gacrothers

I purchased a 2017 22r Minnie Winnie and wanted to have a spare tire. One did not come with the RV.
I replaced the tires and Purchased a rim that would supposedly fit on my ford chassis. Well of course I had a flat and the spare would not fit. I called all over trying to find the right rim. I even called a ford dealer to see how much a spare rim would cost. They asked for my vin # and told me it would cost $450.00. So was wondering what other people have done for a spare rim?
