I also removed the screw and rolled the unit up by hand and used large zip ties to hold it in place.
I will extend it to remove the motor and try to repair it.

We own a 2007 Journey 36SG.
I found the converter under the Fridge.
You can remove it by taking the Bass Speaker and the Fuse Panel out and disassembling the panel.
It is protected by 2 ea 30A...
