I just read your whole thread from 2017. I bought my 2005 Itasca 38J about the same time. That floor plan is awesome, the colors are great. Mine was $167k new including $23k in extras. The extra I wish I had is the Alcoa’s and good on you for getting them.
The one thing I’m not crazy about is th3 ride. In the truck lanes in California the bumps drive me crazy. I never heard of a track bar so wondering where they come from. Btw I added two more batteries in the compartment next to stairs then had 400 watts of solar and I’m very happy with that. What was the best suspension mod you did?
