Rinkfish journey 34B

Hello to all Winne owners.
New to the forum hope this gets out there . We have a 2000 journey 34B Diesel been a get coach. We used her up down East Coast and Texas . Right now having issue with electric steps going in an out got them going then stoped again has something to do with the dash 12volt switch. Tried that again no luck. Rigth now have two for this Nor’easter to stop get back to it . Anyone have any suggestions to this issue?
