First Time Winnebago Owner

Just picked up our 2011 Access Premier today. Have a whole lot to learn after having a Tiffin Allegro Bus for 10 years. Downsizing with age!!!!. I know that I have some questions about the generator, why it shuts down when you turn off power 12 volt or 120 to it. Also why some appliances dont run off he generator.
Anyway in time we will get to all that.
