I am a bit confused. The only Itasca model with a 35U floorplan in 2005 was the Suncruiser however those don't have rooftop units but basement air instead.

Your profile says you have a Sunrise 35' which would have rooftop units. So if you have 2 slides it is a 35D, 3 slides and it should be a 35A while across the back closets would possibly indicate a 35D.

The 35D does look like an interesting floor plan for full timming.

Winnebago has a similar problem with what is known as "Pops". They appear at various places in the fiberglass walls. Small pencil eraser sized spots pop out of the sidewalls. Tried the body shop recommended fix, they came right back. Winnebago claims no responsibility beyond two years. Mine started right around the 2 year mark. No one seems to know what to do about them. One thing is clear, they will ruin your chances of selling or trading. This seems to be prevalent around 2001 - 2003 years models.
