I have a 2002 Ultimate Advantage and each year, I inspect the channel where the roof meets the sides --- clean out as necessary and then re-apply the necessary sealant as recommended by Winnebago (note --- if you don't do this, then the 10 year warranty is void) -- clearly stated in the warranty rules). I also clean with a good car wash detergent twice a year and once a year apply a good wax with UV protection (I don't use Mop N Glow as it does not have any UV protection). Delamination usually occurs on the side of a MH --- not on the one piece fiberglass roof that Winnebago uses. With what I do, I have not had any peeling and the roof is still as white as it was from day one and will shine and reflect the suns rays on a good sunny day.
