I have a 13' Gorilla Ladder clone of the Little Giant, purchased at the BORG. Lowe's has a similar one by Werner, about $100, which is $150 less than the Little Giant. Max height is 11', works fine to do the windshield or fold up to use as a HD step ladder. Love it. BUT I hang mine on the rear roof access ladder as I need all of my basement storage.

CJ7ole is spot on. Hang it off the rear roof ladder. In keeping with the RV'ers code it must be bright green or blinding yellow.
After all, we have an image to uphold.

I use a 5 foot step ladder for some things and this extending latter everything else. Amazon.com: Xtend & Climb 780P Aluminum Telescoping Ladder Type IA Professional Series, 12-1/2-Foot: Gateway

BTW, I opted for the heavier duty one knowing the light duty one's may be more likely to fail and because I don't do heights, so the more stability the better.

Ok, I always thought the six foot stepladder on the roof ladder was a bit, shall we say redneck (in a loving way), but I needed a substantial ladder and didn't have a good pass thru storage compartment, so I went with the Gorilla. Now this doesn't look too bad does it?

(Check out the new license plate and the view. Summersville Lake Retreat in WV, 20 miles north of the New River Gorge bridge on US-19.)
