I have the same situation on my 27Q except that the TV is located between the kitchen counter and upper cabinets. If you look closely immediately above the top of the TV you should see a row of screws holding the upper TV mounting bracket. Once that bracket is removed you should be able to lift the TV straight up and out of the lower bracket. You may need to use an extra long screwdriver to get access to those screws. Remounting the TV seemed to be a bit tricky since three hands would have helped a lot. If I ever have to pull that TV again I'll look for a better and more accessible mounting bracket.
