Tick Tock. The time is fast approaching.

We are now 12 days to closing on the house. So far things are going smoothly, very busy but smooth. We've been selling, giving away and throwing stuff out by the box load. The big stuff is going to storage on Sunday and the house will then be pretty much empty except the garage which has the stuff that's going to auction. With each item that leaves or goes to storage it's like weights are being lifted from our shoulders. Cabinets are bare and things are finding their place in the MH. I think we'll be well under the 2500lbs limit and I doubt we get over 1200.

RV is in the drive way and I've added a MaxAir II vent cover, a Progressive Industries surge protector which is not hard just maneuvering in a confined area is a royal pain. It actually took more out of me than the install of the Safe-t-Plus. If you do the Safe-T-Plus get yourself impact driver. It makes it so much easier. I bought a Porter Cable electric 1/2" drive, it's a nice impact and did the job. RainXed the windshield did the gaskets and seals on the slides in and out plus the wind out windows. All systems check out so far and the wife drove it for the first time today and did very well. We'll be living in the RV 4 days before the close. It's coming down to the final push.

We are only a few months behind you, hopefully. As I look around the house I wonder if it is possible. There are so many decisions in front of us. But....one day at a time.

Good luck and safe travels!!!

Looks great. I guess now wouldn't be the time to tell the wife you were "just kidding"!
