Reserve America upgrade is horrendous!

As someone who works in the IT world I cannot fathom who thought the changes to the reserveamerica site were a good one. It's like they did no user testingt or asked for feedback from users.

What used to take me 2 min to do a search for campgrounds in my state now takes 20 clicks more than it should and 10 minutes to figure out if I'm looking at the right results.

They really should fire the team that came up with this change. I wish I could fire them, but we are forced to use this horrendous system.

I so agree with your post. We do not use that system but so many companies have almost unusable web sites. The designs are so poor and you can not find what you want. I have gone else where to buy things as I got tired of trying to use a poorly designed site.

I just used it this week, yes a few extra steps that are not needed Once i figured out how to bi-pass the extra steps it was back to normal. I did sign up for the rewards program will see if that pays off

Is that the program that bills your credit card $75 after 30-days???

Maybe I’m thinking of a different program they are pushing.

So, have you expressed your comments to the people in charge. If enough people complain, they just may do something about it, but then it is Government.

On the right hand side of their main web page there is a little icon. Clicking on it will allow a person to send feedback. Works for me.

It is not the Government. Reserve America is a private company operating under contract.
