It's a handmade wooden camp sign representing Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground. This particular image of Mickey is referred to as Musket Mickey. Musket Mickey was featured prominently around the Fort for many years. Over the last few years Musket Mickey has been steadily removed from display, I guess Disney is afraid of offending the anti-gun crown. The guy that made it does very good work and we have our own version of a classic Mickey Icon.

I will private message you the persons name and contact information. One of the Walt Disney World message boards has featured a lot of his work. Evidently he has built up a pretty good little business making these things for people that visit Fort Wilderness regularly.
