Welcome to the forum. I don't recognize the item in the photo, and it's too out of focus to see the labeling to try to figure it out. I suggest you identify the year and model of your RV to help us help you.

Is that what most people refer to the BOMB (Box of many buttons)? The picture is a bit blurry.

That looks to me like a range hood similar to the one in our old 88 Suncruiser, with the clock, level indicator LEDs and switches, water pump switch, hood fan and light switches etc. I'm pretty sure it's not the B.O.M.B.

The whole thing is bad? That seems unlikely. What doesn't work on it.

Very unique, I don't know of any current RV being made that uses a custom range hood with monitor panel built in. Sorry no ideas on finding a part # or replacement part source.

It could be a open ground, especially if the pump and HWH switches still work, but the LEDs won't come on and the clock display won't come on.

Good luck.

They were pretty common for many years in LOTS of motorhomes. Ventline is the manufacturer. Part ought to be in your parts catalog (I see a WCJM31RQ, that it?)

This thread has some additional information.

If nothing at all works on it, I'd suspect a fuse or circuit breaker. The wiring diagrams Winnebago has online go back to 1990. A 1990 ought to be fairly close to you r 1989. Have you looked at those yet?

On edit:

Looking in your parts manual it looks like its Winnebago part # 092696-03-01a

When you google that, you can find a parts manual and other info. Looks like the Ventline part number is: TCS-5008-NBDLG

Winnebago parts listing for Ventline hood.

Tim has done a good job of getting some really important info to you. Maybe i can throw in some more?
This appears to be a match for your unit drawing and seems you will not need to match a year specific IF it gets into totally changeout. But before change, I would think it critical to check the input voltages on your unit as it does have lots of controls and most likely not all the switches, etc. went bad at the same time so possible fuse or other common items need to be checked.

I used to go on service calls on TV, only to find them unplugged!! So check to see it's plugged in??
