We opted for our oversize vehicle (RV) and enjoy the Full-time RV lifestyle -- our 425 Cummins gets 6.5 - 7.0 mpg, regardless of terrain and/or speed. The freedom of the road and meeting many wonderful folks more than offsets the coat of fuel. We don't have any real estate tax fees, home upkeep expenses, or ties holding us to one locale.
